In a unique initiative to promote 100% voting, the Trichy Postal Region Staff recently created beautiful Rangoli designs at various Post Offices. The goal was to inspire citizens to practice their Vote based right and participate in the electoral cycle. The staff of the Trichy Postal Region collaborated with the district administration and Southern Railway. Their artistic effort took the form of an energetic Rangoli that was painstakingly made at the Trichy Railway Station.

Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) Initiative

As part of the Systematic Voter Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) programme, this attractive rangoli served as a powerful visual reminder to all the passengers passing through the railway station. The rangoli decorated with motifs related to voter awareness and importance of voting was visible and understandable.
